Independent homestay gives you the comforts of a home environment with independent living. You have use of a kitchen to prepare your own meals.
You will have less contact with your host than for other types of homestay.

| Location: | All Private Homes are located in travel zones 3 within easy reach of our centres. |
| Travel time: | 35-45 minutes by underground, mainline train or bus. |
| Cleaning/laundry: | Rooms are cleaned weekly, bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. Homestays will either do a small amount of your laundry or will allow you to use their laundry facilities. |
| Telephone: | Incoming calls only. |
| Internet Access: | Internet access is not possible in homestays. |
